    MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Binding Agreement

    01. You acknowledge and agree that you have entered into a legally binding agreement with us by ticking the relevant checkbox on our registration page.

    2. Provision of Services

    01. In consideration for payment of the fees, we agree to provide you with appropriate resources, newsletters, and resource updates.
    02. If at any time you become aware of an issue with the resources or the services, please notify us immediately.
    03. Membership types have restricted access to website resources.
    04. Our Office shall be closed during mandated Queensland State School holidays.
    05. The Office shall be closed on public holidays.
     
    3. Your obligations

    01. You agree to pay the fees as per the agreed payment method and by the due dates.
    02. You agree to, at all times, abide by the "CPA Inc. Code of Conduct".
    03. You must notify us if your contact details change.

    4. Termination and Membership

    01. This Agreement will continue until March 30 of the following calendar year after you join.
    02. You may also terminate this agreement at any time.
    03. You acknowledge and agree that, except as otherwise set out in this agreement or as required by law, all fees are non-refundable upon termination of this agreement and your failure to use the services does not allow for early termination of this agreement nor does it warrant a refund of any type. You further acknowledge and agree that failure to use the resources and services does not affect any of the terms of this agreement and we are in no way responsible for your level of usage nor is it our responsibility to notify you of your usage at any stage.
    04. If you breach any term of this agreement or act in a way we deem inappropriate, we may suspend or cancel your membership. If any such breach causes us or another person costs, loss or damage, you agree to be wholly liable for these.
    05. You acknowledge and agree that if you conduct yourself in a way considered to be injurious or prejudicial to the character or interests of the CPA Inc. your membership can be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

    5. Privacy

    01. We shall not pass your information onto any other business. If you do not wish to receive email or mail correspondence from us regarding your membership or promotions, you shall send us an email or letter confirming that you wish to unsubscribe from such methods of communication.
     
    6. Use of photographs and videos

    01. You acknowledge and agree that CPA Inc. may use images and videos taken of you during training / instruction or any events organised by CPA Inc. Such use includes the display, distributions, publications, transmissions or otherwise use of photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as Posts, Newsletters, Videos and digital images used on CPA Inc Website and Social Media Pages, such as Facebook and Instagram.

    If you do not wish that any photo and/or video material with you is published, you shall advise us in writing.
